Why a voucher remains in 'Under Review' status and how to resolve it

DigitAIAccounting operatorAdministrator

This guide explains the common reasons why a voucher remains in 'Under Review' status in the DigitAI platform and provides steps to diagnose and resolve these issues, allowing the automatic flow to the ERP to resume.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Identify the reason for retention

Access the 'Under Review' vouchers section in the DigitAI platform. Look for the alert details or the specific blocking reason associated with the voucher. FALTA: Indicate the exact path in the interface to view the alert details (e.g., 'View Details', 'Event History', 'Alerts').

  2. 2

    Correct missing or inconsistent data

Once the reason is identified, proceed to correct the information. Ensure that:

**The supplier's CUIT is registered:** Verify if the supplier's CUIT (or equivalent tax ID) is correctly registered in the supplier master data. If not, FALTA: Describe the process to register a new CUIT or associate an existing one.

**The Purchase Order (PO) is valid:** Confirm that the purchase order associated with the voucher exists and matches the recorded data. If there are discrepancies or the PO does not exist, FALTA: Describe how to associate or correct the PO.

**Required fields are complete:** Fill in all fields marked as mandatory that do not yet have information. FALTA: Mention if there is a specific section for 'Pending Fields' or 'Required Data'.

  3. 3

    Resume the voucher flow

After correcting the data, the voucher should automatically resume its flow to the ERP. If it does not, FALTA: Indicate if there is a 'Retry', 'Process' button, or if any manual action is required to force the flow to resume.
