How to resolve queued processes and a paused platform in DigitAI

Accounting operatorAdministrator

Practical guide to identifying and unblocking stuck or accumulating workflows in DigitAI to ensure uninterrupted document processing.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Identify signs of platform stoppage

Check whether document ingestion or parsing has stalled, tasks remain stuck in an "en_ejecucion" (running) status without activity, or connection error alerts appear.

  2. 2

    Verify the execution environment

Ensure that the host machine running the The Eye bot or agent has stable network connectivity. If your architecture relies on remote desktop or helper services (such as AnyDesk), make sure they are active and running.

  3. 3

    Inspect workflow execution statuses

Open the workflow management dashboard to pinpoint unresponsive tasks. Identify whether specific steps are failing to complete, preventing subsequent tasks from starting.

  4. 4

    Apply recovery procedures

Terminate orphaned or frozen processes via the agent console or operating system task manager. Ensure there are no unexpected pop-ups, modal dialogues, or third-party application locks obstructing bot operation.

  5. 5

    Confirm processing resumption

Once the environment is clear, verify that queued jobs resume normally and that newly submitted documents process smoothly.
