How to find a document batch in DigitAI

DigitAIuser

This article explains how to locate document batches in DigitAI, addressing common issues like incorrect filters or wrong project contexts. Follow these steps to diagnose and resolve batch visibility problems.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Verify the Correct Project/Client

Ensure the appropriate project or client is selected in the DigitAI sidebar. Batch visibility is tied to the current project context.

  2. 2

    Navigate to the Batches Section

Proceed to the 'Document Batches' or 'Processed Documents' section in DigitAI's main menu, depending on the phase where you expect to find the batch.

  3. 3

    Adjust Date Filters

Review the date filters. Batches often don't appear due to a limited date range. Expand the period to include the expected creation or last update date of the batch.

  4. 4

    Modify Other Filters

Check and disable or modify any other active filters, such as batch status, user assignment, or document type, that might be restricting search results.

  5. 5

    Use the Search Field

If you know the batch ID or name, use it directly in the search field. This can help quickly locate the batch once general filters are correctly set.

  6. 6

    Manual Review of Individual Documents

If the entire batch does not appear, but an individual document with the same ID does appear in 'Processed Documents' with 'Review' status, the batch might have been split or partially processed. Proceed with the manual review of that specific document.
