How to customize columns in the Processed Documents view

user

Learn how to adjust the visible columns in the Processed Documents section to optimize your workflow and display only relevant information. This guide will help you efficiently configure your view.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Access Processed Documents

Navigate to the Approvals module and select the 'Processed Documents' section. This is the main view where all documents that have gone through the approval process are listed.

  2. 2

    Locate the 'Customize Columns' option

Within the Processed Documents view, look for the gear icon (⚙️) or a similar option labeled 'Customize Columns' or 'View Settings'. Click this icon to open the customization panel.

  3. 3

    Select and deselect columns

In the customization panel, you will see a list of all available columns. Check the boxes next to the columns you want to display and uncheck those you want to hide. For example, you might uncheck 'Preview', 'Document Type', 'Pages', and 'Original Name' if they are not relevant to your workflow, and check 'Status Detail' for a clearer view of progress.

  4. 4

    Save and apply changes

Once you have selected the desired columns, look for the 'Save', 'Apply', or 'Confirm' button in the customization panel. Click it to apply the changes and update the Processed Documents view with your personalized configuration. Your preferences will be saved for future sessions.
