The Eye is a AI administrative automation SaaS platform, specialized in Data Entry and Data Matching.

We were born in 2017, founded by Javier Ailbirt, Guido Hernández and Facundo González, three colleagues who met at IBM and shared the same passion: automate everything repetitive and prevent people from doing the same task twice.

That spirit gave rise to a technology designed to transform critical administrative processes and improve data quality in organizations.

Today, The Eye enables companies read documents, extract information, validate data with advanced business rules and reconcile operations in seconds, even in high volume and multiple source scenarios. All through AI, proprietary models and intelligent agents that work alongside people, not in their place.

We integrate with any ERP or management system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards and more) to automate processes end-to-end, reduce errors, accelerate times and improve operational traceability.

Following the pandemic we experienced very significant growth in everything related to electronic collections. Our main problem was the delay in recording remitted documents, which more than doubled after the pandemic. The importance of being up to date with recording these documents, especially for the client, is more than significant. We had a backlog of approximately 12,000 remittances and, considering that each one has about 10 attached documents, we're talking about 120,000 overdue documents. This generated significant complaints. We evaluated different alternatives and even contacted banking entities to see if they could support us, until we finally found this startup that provided the solution: The Eye. It was what we were looking for, a fast, focused and concrete solution that would allow us to get out of the bottleneck. Today we can say that in practically three months we not only managed to catch up with the backlog of remittances and overdue documentation, but we are also up to date. We are recording about 80,000 documents monthly, of which 80% are being resolved by this solution we implemented.
